and construction studio delivering projects from the first idea

to the completed space.

We create homes, condominiums, restaurants and commercial spaces with equal attention to function, detail and the way people live.

เรื่องราวของ Penthouse Design Group

Penthouse Design Group ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 2018 โดย

คุณบอล (นิติภูมิ) และคุณกอล์ฟ (ปริญญา) เราทั้งคู่เริ่มต้นจากพื้นฐาน

ด้านการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมภายใน และผ่านประสบการณ์ด้านการออกแบบ

การบริหารโครงการ และการประสานงานก่อสร้าง ทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ

จากประสบการณ์เหล่านั้น เราเชื่อว่างานออกแบบที่ดีไม่ควรจบเพียงแค่ภาพหรือแนวคิด

แต่ต้องสามารถสร้างขึ้นจริง ใช้งานได้จริง และยังคงแนวคิดของงานไว้จนถึงวันที่ส่งมอบ

นี่คือจุดเริ่มต้นของ Penthouse Design Group

Penthouse Design Group was founded in 2018 by

Nitipoom Dechwongya and Parinya Kanhari. Both founders came from backgrounds

in interior architecture and design, with experience spanning design,

project management and construction coordination in Thailand and overseas.

We believe good design should go beyond drawings and concepts. It should be buildable, functional and carefully carried through to completion while preserving the original design intent. This belief became the foundation of Penthouse Design Group.

Why Penthouse?

คำว่า Penthouse หมายถึงพื้นที่พักอาศัยบนชั้นบนสุดของอาคาร ซึ่งมักได้รับความสำคัญเป็นพิเศษทั้งในด้านตำแหน่ง รายละเอียด และประสบการณ์ของผู้อยู่อาศัย

สำหรับเรา Penthouse จึงไม่ได้หมายถึงขนาดหรือมูลค่าของโครงการ

แต่หมายถึง มาตรฐานที่เราตั้งใจมอบให้กับทุกงาน

ไม่ว่าโครงการจะเล็กหรือใหญ่

เราต้องการให้ลูกค้าได้รับสิ่งที่เหมาะสมที่สุด

สำหรับพื้นที่และเจ้าของโครงการนั้น

A penthouse is traditionally the residence at the top of a building-a space given particular attention in its position, detail and overall experience.

For us, the name is not about the size or value of a project. It represents the standard we aim to bring to every project we undertake.

Whether large or small, every project deserves thoughtful design and a solution created specifically for its people and place.

จากแบบสู่การผลิต | From design to making.

หลังจากก่อตั้งบริษัทได้ไม่นาน เราตัดสินใจสร้างทีมผลิต Built-in ของเราเอง เหตุผลไม่ได้เกิดจากความต้องการผลิตเฟอร์นิเจอร์ให้มากขึ้น

แต่เกิดจากธรรมชาติของงานที่เราออกแบบ ซึ่งมักเป็นงาน Custom ที่มีรายละเอียดเฉพาะสำหรับแต่ละพื้นที่และแต่ละโครงการ

งานลักษณะนี้ต้องอาศัยการทดลอง การปรับรายละเอียด และการสื่อสารระหว่างนักออกแบบ ทีมผลิต และทีมหน้างานอย่างต่อเนื่อง

การมีทีมผลิตของเราเองจึงช่วยให้เราควบคุมรายละเอียด คุณภาพ และความตั้งใจของงานออกแบบได้ตั้งแต่แบบ ไปจนถึงการผลิตและติดตั้งจริง

Shortly after establishing the studio, we began developing our own in-house built-in production team.

The decision was not simply about producing more furniture. It came from the nature of our work-much of what we design is custom-made specifically for a particular space,

client and project. These pieces often require prototyping, adjustment and close communication between designers, craftsmen and site teams.

Having our own production capability allows us to maintain greater control over detailing, quality and design intent from drawing through fabrication and installation.
