ABOUT US

Design with understanding. Built with Experience.

Design Only gives you the choice to appoint a separate contractor, while Penthouse construction follows

designs developed by our own team. For homes, condos and restaurants in Bangkok and Greater Bangkok,

we define each project around its spaces, users and agreed scope.

Our Story

The Story Behind Penthouse Design Group

Penthouse Design Group was founded in 2018 by

Nitipoom Dechwongya and Parinya Kanhari. Both founders have backgrounds

in interior architecture and design, with experience in design,

project management and construction coordination in Thailand and overseas.

That experience shaped our belief: good design

goes beyond drawings and concepts.

It must be buildable, functional and true to its intent through to handover.

This became the foundation of Penthouse Design Group.

Why Penthouse?

More than a name: a standard

we bring to every project.

A penthouse is traditionally a top-floor residence, distinguished by attention to its position, detail and the experience of living there.

For us, Penthouse is not a measure of project size or value.

It expresses the standard we aim to bring to every commission.

Whether a project is large or small,

our aim is a thoughtful solution

created for that space and its people.

Experience Across Design & Construction

Our design, construction and production experience informs each project from the first concept to the completed space.

In-House Built-in Production

Project-specific Craft |From design to making.

Soon after establishing the studio, we developed an in-house built-in production team—not simply to produce more furniture,

but to support designs with details created specifically for each space and project.

This work calls for prototyping, adjustment and close communication between designers, craftspeople and site teams.

Our production capability supports detailing, quality and design intent from drawings through fabrication

and installation within the agreed project scope.

Custom Built-in Production

Built to the design and details of each project.

Direct Design Coordination

Direct collaboration between design, production and site teams.

Quality Control

Quality followed through from materials to fabrication and installation.

Integrated Construction

Built-in, interior works, systems and site coordination within the project scope.

Actual production work: built-in measurements, the production space and cutting timber components.
