We design interiors for homes, condominiums, restaurants and commercial projects with an appropriate scope. You can choose Design Only or design and construction, with a minimum construction budget of THB 1.5 million per project; this minimum does not apply to Design Only.

Design Direction starts at THB 40,000 for condominiums and THB 60,000 for houses, restaurants and commercial projects. Full Design starts at THB 80,000 for condominiums and THB 150,000 for houses, restaurants and commercial projects, with the final fee assessed from the area, scope and project details shown on our Prices page.

We currently accept projects in Bangkok and its surrounding metropolitan area (Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon and Nakhon Pathom) so our team can regularly inspect the site and maintain quality from design through handover. Please share your project location so we can confirm the service area before planning begins.
