What is modern tropical contemporary design?
It combines contemporary design with ideas suited to a tropical climate, such as natural light, connections to the garden and a balanced use of timber, stone and glass.

Supalai Grand Ville

How was the side area of over 200 sq.m. at Supalai Grand Ville used?
It was developed into a private clubhouse for family time and gatherings, with a glasshouse, dining area, counter bar, racing simulator, an approximately 10-metre swimming pool and a barbecue area.
What defines this project's clubhouse?
Different activities remain openly connected: relaxing, dining, the bar and family activities. The spaces also connect with the swimming pool and outdoor garden.
Does renovating a house require removing everything?
Not necessarily. This project retained existing elements that remained useful, changing selected areas to improve function, connections between spaces and the overall design.

Srin

When should a home golf-simulator room be planned?
Plan it during the design stage, considering swing clearance, ceiling height, screen position, equipment and building services so the room works well and connects naturally with the rest of the home.
How does S'RIN Residence integrate a golf room into the home?
The golf room connects with a drinks bar and seating area, using the same materials and palette as the main living spaces. It feels more like a family room than a separate sports room.
What defines the warm minimal style of S'RIN Residence?
Cream tones, light timber, pale fabrics and soft lighting form the main palette. Decorative details are kept restrained, while sculptural lighting and selected curves give the space its character.

Grand Bangkok Boulevard 49

Can pet spaces be integrated into a home’s interior design?
Yes. At Grand Bangkok Boulevard 49, the dogs spaces were planned during the design stage and developed together with the built-in work. This makes them practical while keeping them integrated with the homes overall interior.
What distinguishes the interiors of Grand Bangkok Boulevard 49?
Bold marble and warm wood run through the homes main spaces. Its functions are designed around the owners everyday lives, including a dressing room, prayer room, spacious bathroom and spaces for their dogs.
What extensions were included in this project?
The parking area became an enclosed garage. Expanding the ground-floor living area created a larger dining space, while an extended second-floor bedroom became comparable in size to the master bedroom. The central balcony was expanded to accommodate a games room and a better-arranged prayer room. Space above the garage was also developed into the homes fitness room.

Green Valley Lake House

Will a French-style home feel too heavy for living in Thailand?
Not necessarily. Green Valley Lake House uses cream-white tones, restrained and well-proportioned mouldings, and large openings for natural light. It retains French elegance while feeling airy, light and suited to living in Thailands climate.
How can French-style interiors feel contemporary?
Reduce unnecessary complexity and use classical details selectively. This project combines mouldings, pale walls, arches and French Classic decoration with simpler furniture and lighting, creating a timeless rather than period-style interior.
What role do openings and natural light play in Green Valley Lake House?
Large openings bring daylight into the interior and connect views to the garden and outdoor spaces. They make the hall, corridors and relaxation areas feel bright and airy, balancing the visual weight of classical elements.

LAKE HOUSE

What special spaces does The Lake House include?
The Lake House accommodates activities for several generations, with a golf simulator, karaoke and a pool table in the living area, a prayer room, a gym and a separate walk-in closet for the master bedroom.
What kind of family is The Lake House designed for?
The Lake House is designed for a multi-generation family. Shared spaces allow everyone to spend time together, while private areas have clearly defined functions, making everyday life together comfortable and natural.
How does the lakeside design make use of views and natural light?
The main living spaces open towards the lake through large glazed windows. They bring natural light into the interior and connect daily living with the outdoors, creating an airy, calm home with a sense of continuity with nature.

NIGHT HOUSE

Will dark tones make a home feel smaller?
With the right balance of scale, lighting, and materials, the "Night House" employs a two-story volume, indirect lighting, stone finishes, and reflective glass to add depth, ensuring a dark color palette feels surprisingly spacious and light.
What lighting matters most in a dark-toned home?
Combine natural light with architectural lighting, particularly concealed and accent lighting. Layers of light help reveal the details and textures of interior materials.
How can dark-toned interiors still feel warm?
Balance dark colours with timber tones, warm-white lighting and tactile materials. They add depth while keeping the interior warm and comfortable for everyday living.
