Double Volume Living and kitchens

for everyday use

The double-height living room pairs dark stone and timber with pale furniture and daylight, creating openness without losing warmth. A show kitchen for entertaining and a professional kitchen for daily cooking connect to a dining table beside tall glazing overlooking the garden.

Private spaces for rest and everyday life

Dark timber and stone create a calm master bedroom, alongside a boutique-style walk-in closet with glass wardrobes and concealed lighting. A library and lounge, study, gym and prayer room have individual atmospheres while sharing the home's material and lighting language.

FAQ

What is modern tropical contemporary design?

It combines contemporary design with ideas suited to a tropical climate, such as natural light, connections to the garden and a balanced use of timber, stone and glass.

What are the highlights of France House?

Highlights include double-height living, separate show and professional kitchens, and private spaces such as a library, fitness room, workroom and master suite, designed around everyday life.

Should a professional kitchen be separate from the show kitchen?

For intensive cooking, separation helps manage odours and heat. The show kitchen can remain a welcoming space for guests and connect neatly with the dining area.
