Website Terms of Use

Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 September 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using https://www.penthouse-design.com/, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the website. Submitting a contact form does not automatically create a service contract.

2. Purpose of the website

This website presents information about Penthouse Design Group, interior design, construction and turnkey work, projects, design ideas, indicative prices and contact channels. General information and starting prices are provided for consideration only. They are not quotations or assurances that every project will have the same price, timeline or scope.

3. Enquiries and project information

You agree to provide accurate, current information that does not infringe anyone else's rights. If you submit another person's information, photographs, plans or documents, you confirm that you have the right to provide them to the company for project assessment and communication. Please do not submit sensitive information, unnecessary confidential information, unlawful files or files containing malicious software.

The company may decline or refrain from responding to enquiries that are incomplete, outside its service scope, unlawful or pose a risk to systems or other people.

4. Proposals and service agreements

A service engagement arises only after the parties have agreed and prepared the relevant quotation, contract or confirmation documents. These documents specify the scope, fees, payment instalments, timeline, design revisions, handover, warranty and project-specific conditions. If a project document conflicts with these website terms, the project document governs that matter.

5. Intellectual property

Text, photographs, videos, drawings, designs, logos, trademarks and other website content belong to the company or are used with permission. You must not reproduce, modify, publish, sell, use commercially or claim this content as your own work without written permission. You may share website links or use a platform's sharing function, provided the source is not misrepresented.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, infringe rights, send spam, interfere with systems, attempt unauthorised access, collect data automatically in a manner that affects systems, impersonate others or distribute harmful files or code.

7. Third-party links and services

The website may link to or embed third-party services such as LINE, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or maps. The company does not control their content, availability or policies. Use of these services is subject to the respective provider's terms.

8. Accuracy and availability

We endeavour to keep the information accurate and the website available, but inaccuracies, changes, interruptions and technical errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the company is not responsible for indirect loss or loss arising from reliance on general website information instead of a project-specific proposal or advice. This provision does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Personal data and cookies

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://www.penthouse-design.com/en/privacy-policy. Cookies are used in accordance with our Cookie Policy: https://www.penthouse-design.com/en/cookies-policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect our services, the website and the law. The latest update date will be displayed. Continued use after a new version is published constitutes acknowledgement of the terms in effect at that time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes are subject to applicable Thai law and the jurisdiction of the relevant Thai courts, without affecting consumer rights or other legally protected rights.
