Private Clubhouse

and outdoor spaces

for gathering

The new space includes a glasshouse for 8-10 people, a ten-seat dining table, counter bar and racing simulator. It connects to an approximately ten-metre pool, barbecue area and seating around a large olive tree. Beige sandstone and classic details create an elegant yet relaxed setting.

Modern Classic

connecting the original home and new spaces

The foyer, living and dining rooms, pantry and stair hall connect more closely to the clubhouse. Useful existing elements are retained, with targeted changes where needed. Upstairs, the study and bedrooms have distinct identities: a dark-toned master suite, curved forms and green onyx in the daughter's room, and timber, concrete and dark stone in the son's room.
