Double Volume and a cat room connected by sightlines

Double-height living and an extended staircase form the main features, connecting dining and a timber-and-grey-stone pantry. A glazed cat room overlooks the shared spaces, with tall climbing shelves and a garden-view corner. Rounded edges are considered throughout its detailing.

Private spaces kept simple

and practical

The second-floor study combines generous bookshelves, a television corner and a bay window. Bedroom built-ins are limited to essentials for a relaxed atmosphere. Open wardrobes make everyday use straightforward, while a dedicated laundry room accommodates storage, washing, drying and ironing preparation.
